Overview

The Doctoral School of Neuroscience offers an excellent niche for neuroscience research where PhD students and supervisors can work together in the most efficient way. The school has a number of laboratories with excellent research potential, in which international and Hungarian researchers are working. The Debrecen school is a unique scientific research and development center specializing in the field of neuroscience. The location of the Institute and its outstanding infrastructure, provide ideal conditions to study the most important problems in recent neurobiology. The wide range of PhD courses, international workshops and symposia help the students getting off to a productive start in their early research career. Currently has 58 PhD students. The school, which contributes to the cross-discipline research conducted by the university's academics, is housed on the same premises as the university. Comprising a modern building with pleasant surroundings, it offers a wide range of programs, not just in natural sciences but also in social sciences, economics and human resources management.
