Overview

Nurses with a B.Sc. degree are responsible for carrying out healing-nursing activities prescribed by the physician, helping the patient and the physician to carry out certain examinations, and providing health care treatment to patients of all ages. They are also able to explore the special needs of the patient and the person being cared for, prepare nursing diagnoses, and perform tasks professionally on the basis of priorities. In addition, they participate in planning, developing, and implementing health care and social services.

Syllabus

• In the first year of the program, students will take basic health sciences courses like Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathophysiology, as well as Public Health and Epidemiology.
• In the second and third years, they will take nursing-specific theoretical and practical courses, as well as clinical practices. In the fourth year, they will focus on field practices and their thesis work.
• After a successful final examination and defense of their thesis work, students will receive a BSc degree in Nursing.
