Required Documents
Postgraduate Program in Comparative Intellectual Property Law
To qualify for the postgraduate program, applicants must hold at least a bachelor's degree or a higher qualification. This program includes two distinct streams:
- Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Comparative Intellectual Property Law for individuals with a legal background.
- Specialisation in Comparative Intellectual Property Law for those with degrees in fields other than law, such as social sciences, computer sciences, natural sciences, health sciences, or engineering.
Entry Qualification Documents
All entry qualification documents must be submitted in English. If the original documents are not in English, official translations, along with verified copies of the originals, are required. Applicants should bring the original entry qualification documents when attending the university.
Language Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English through one of the following accepted qualifications:
- TELC/ECL: B2
- TOEFL: IBT score of 72 or PBT score of 550
- Cambridge: First Certificate (FC) at grade B
- IELTS: Minimum score of 5.5
