Program Description
The DLA Architecture program is designed to educate students with various options for understanding the program's relation to contemporary architecture.
Overview
The Doctor of Liberal Arts (DLA) in Architecture program of the Doctoral School covers architecture and urban architecture programs dealing with various aspects of planning (architecture of social spaces, architectural planning, and design, production environment planning, residential environment planning, settlement planning).
Required Documents
- Copy of the photo-page(s) of your passport
- Diploma: It states that you have finished your Bachelor/Master studies and it has been certified by the issuing institution. If your documents are in any other language, you also need to submit an authorized English translation of the documents.
- Transcript of Records
- Motivation letter
- CV in English
- Medical Certificate: an official certificate issued by a GP that states that you are not suffering from infectious diseases, and you are in good physical and mental condition. The form of the certificate is not specified but has to be signed and sealed by the GP. See example!
- Recommendations, C1 English Language Certificate, publications, etc. – optional
- Portfolio* (applicable to Architecture programs and the Interior and Spatial Design program)
- Research plan** (applicable for Ph.D./DLA applicants)
