This course develops the awareness, practical skills, and understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship concepts and techniques and new venture development at an advanced professional level.
Overview
Students learn an advanced understanding of business development and acquire the knowledge, skills, and competencies for setting up their own ventures. Candidates will gain the ability to use tools allowing them to analyze markets and options wisely and intelligently, so they can independently take part in decision making
Syllabus
- Year one: Innovation and Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship and Business Model Generation, Corporate Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial Finance, Project Management, Advanced Marketing Research.
- Year two: Start-up Development, Applied Venture Valuation, E-commerce, Practicum: SME development, Strategic Management.
