Mechanical Engineering MSc

The Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Eotvos Lorand University is a two-year program that provides students with a comprehensive education in the field of mechanical engineering. This program focuses on developing a strong theoretical and industrial background to ensure that graduates have the skills and knowledge to take part in designing and manufacturing complete machines or machine elements, as well as using Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools. Students will also be able to participate in teams of large-scale projects and work on industry 4.0 applications. The curriculum combines fundamental subjects such as Applied Solid- and Fluid Mechanics with cutting-edge computational tools such as Computer Aided Design (CAD), Computer Aided Engineering (CAE), Finite Element Methods (FEA). The program also features state-of-the-art laboratories like the Laboratory of Materials Sciences, the Laboratory of Production Technologies, or the Control Technique Laboratory, providing students with hands-on experience and practical training. The dual training system from the
